Questions
- Will I need to pay for Financial Coaching at any time?
- No, Financial Coaching is offered to all New York IDG members for free.
- Will I lose my access to Financial Coaching if it stops being offered by the IDG?
- As long as you have already had one session with your TrustPlus financial coach, you will have lifetime access to their services. TrustPlus is a national nonprofit, so their mission is to help you improve your financial health and achieve your long-term goals.
- How do I share Financial Coaching with my family?
- After you have your first Financial Coaching session, you can ask your coach for a reference link that will give your loved ones access to Financial Coaching. However, if you want to share Financial Coaching with fellow drivers, have them sign up for the New York IDG here, or call 833-442-8848.
- Will TrustPlus need to pull my credit information? Won’t that hurt my credit score?
- When you create an account with TrustPlus, you will have the option to input your information for a soft credit pull. Unlike a hard credit pull, a soft credit pull won’t affect your credit score.
